Template-Focused Instruction
Template-Focused Instruction (TFI) is a pedagogical method that focuses on the use of pre-structured templates to help students in the educational journey. This method assists in the understanding of a subject/model by first providing a clear structure for students to write and then apply in a different context. This way it is very effective in the retention of new knowledge and the transfer of that knowledge to new situations.
