Click Create mini course button on the mini courses page or the collection page.

Click AI Course Builder to start course creation.

Describe your course idea

Source Document (Optional)

You can upload one or more documents for AI to use when creating the course.

The maximum file size for PDF uploads is 100 MB, and the file can have up to 100 pages.

Document Following

You can choose how AI uses your document. There are three options.

• Reference: Follow the instructions exactly and ensure all content is grounded in the documents.

• Follow: Follow the document structure strictly, allowing for summarization and rephrasing of the content.

• Preserve: Stick closely to the original text and structure, with minimal modifications.

Language

Select the language you would like the Mini Course content to be written in. The default language is English.

We’re supporting more than 20 languages for AI Course Creator: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese.

Topic

Write a brief summary of your Mini Course idea.

It will be used by AI to suggest goals to you in next step.

Goals

Goals help create an outline for your course.

Customization

All of the fields of Customization part except Audience have default options set by us.

If you upload PDF files, AI will set the Audience and Tone based on your documents. You cannot change them yourself.

Audience

Define the target demographic for your Mini Course (e.g. beginners, experts, students, professionals etc.).

Tone

Select the overall style and feeling you want your Mini Course to convey.

You are also free to write in your own style beyond our pre-defined tones. The default tone is Professional.

Quiz

Add a quiz at the end of the Mini Course to test knowledge retention with specifying the number of quiz questions. Default quiz question count is 5.

Quiz questions will be Multiple Choice type and includes one correct answer.

Feedback Questions

Add a feedback form at the end of the Mini Course to test learner satisfaction with specifying the number of feedback questions. Default feedback question count is 1.

Feedback questions will be Multiple Choice type with no correct answer.

AI Images

If you prefer our AI can generate images for your Mini Course. Also you can select the visual style that best suits your Mini Course’s topic.

You can choose an image generation model. The options are Flux Schnell, Flux Pro 1.1, Gemini 4, Gemini 4 Fast, Ideogram V3 Quality, and Ideogram V3 Turbo.

Moreover you can provide a detailed description of people, objects settings and actions depicted in the images, including demographic information, to ensure relevance and inclusivity.

Click Start building button to let our AI to generate your Mini Course’s outline.

Generating Outline may take one or two minutes.

Conclude the Outline

Next step is concluding the outline. On the outline page, you can customize the structure by editing section, page and goals, deleting them, and rearranging the order.

A section is a container that holds pages. Each page has goals. Pages are made using these goals.

If you upload a PDF, there may not be goals because the content comes directly from your document.

AI will suggest ideas when you create pages and set goals.

When you’re ready, click Generate Mini-Course.

Edit Mini Course

When it’s ready, you can edit your mini-course. Add images, videos, questions, completions and make it uniquely yours!

How to make online courses interactive?

Adding AI-powered interactive elements to your page for your learners is quite straightforward. First, click on Actions to create an AI Interactive activity on your Mini Course’s edit page, .

Drag & drop AI Interaction Builder to your page or just double-click to add it.

Choosing the type

After that, you will see two option:

• Use existing page content

• Guide AI with my descriptions

Use existing page content

If you choose Use existing page content, AI will use the content from your page to create an interactive activity.

After a few seconds, you will see three different Interactive activity option. You can choose an activity that best fits your content to create an engaging learning experience.

AI Interaction builder uses the language in which the page is written.

You will see further information for each interactive content:

• Name
• Type (e.g. Tap-to-reveal Diagram)
• Difficulty (Low, Medium, Hard)
• Short description

With clicking on activity, you can see:

• Educational value (Low, Medium, High)
• Elements

After you decide to choose one of the options, click Confirm selection.

Guide AI with my descriptions

If you choose Guide AI with my descriptions, you will be redirected to enter a prompt. AI will use only your guidance to create the activity.

Customize Appearance

Select the colors you want for your Interactive Activity. You can use the default colors, change them here, or update them later using the chat function after the activity is created.

Chat with Interaction

You will see the AI create the interaction in the chat interface. This may take up to a minute.

After the interaction is created, you can try it yourself before adding it to your page.

You can edit your interaction anytime using the chat or by updating the code after clicking Use this Interaction. The interactive learning element in your e-learning course is updated immediately.

Go to your Mini Course’s edit page and select a text block to enhance. You will see In-Page AI Assistant option on editor.

Select one of the enhancements to apply your content.

Review the enhanced version of your content.

Generate again will create a new enhanced version of your original content.

Replace text will replace the original context with the enhanced content.

You can undo Replace text action with Ctrl/Cmd + Z.

You can create quizzes directly from your existing course content, upload new or existing resources, or by providing specific instructions to guide the AI.

On your Mini Course’s edit page, click on +Add page where you want the questions to be added.

Select AI-powered quiz option.

Choose one of the three option for Source Content to guide AI where to look as the content source that questions to be extracted.

Use my course content

For this option, select the specific section you want the AI to use when generating quiz questions.

Alternatively, you can select All Sections to have the AI create a quiz covering the entire course content.

My Resources

You can use this option to select a previously uploaded document or upload a new document to use as the source for quiz generation.

After uploading the PDF, AI will divide its contents into sections. Select a section to generate a quiz from.

If you select My Resources option, our AI will only use the resource you’ve uploaded. It will not use your course content. Therefore, ensure the uploaded resource is relevant to your course topic.

AI knowledge base

If you prefer not to use both course content and the PDF, you can instruct the AI to generate quiz questions solely based on its existing knowledge base.

Number of Quiz Questions

Select the number of quiz questions (from 1 to 15) that the AI should generate.

After that, click Generate Quiz to create a quiz using AI.
